Comment: Some of these may have to be declined. For example, http://www.flickr.com/photos/patriciadrury/3988924739/ may violate the copyright of the sign. The fine print on the sign says 1985, but it also says that it was erected in 1962. Please provide evidence that the same text was used on a sign which was erected in 1962. Otherwise, no photo of the sign can be uploaded until 120 years after the text was written. I'd like to request an image upload for a Low-Resolution Logo for WBOQ. This is an Animated GIF Image file but I wish for it to not be animated in the Wikipedia article, so that the image never displays the bright red "Go Sox" text that covers the logo when lit. Maybe, this image could be uploaded as a PNG file, to eliminate the animation? I'm not sure how that works. Here is the link to the Low-Resolution Logo for WBOQ that I'm requesting for upload.

Requesting An Upload For A Logo Image For WRDO[edit]

I'd like to request for an upload of a Logo Image For WRDO. This image might need to be crop-edited, because there's lots of excess information to the right of the actual logo; although, the compression format is in a .PNG file format. Here's an alternative, unofficial logo I managed to locate for WRDO (which is also compressed into a .PNG file format). My instinct is telling me that the .PNG link accessed through archive.org is, in fact, the logo that's currently being used for the website-lacking radio station, WRDO. Both images are rather small and very far-compressed. It is the same logo used in the Twitter Page for WRDO; although, the Logo Image Link I provided is in a cleaner, .PNG file format and is at the logo artwork's original Aspect Ratio.

I'm requesting for the upload of a Logo Image for WMTK that I found on the Facebook Page for WMTK; although, this image may need to be crop-edited to get rid of a lot of that excess space along all the edges, be that the logo is centered in the middle of the image, surrounded by empty white space within the JPEG Image File and some snipping of all four edges so that the logo itself would occupy more of the file itself might be beneficial for this logo image. This form of crop-editing would instantly make the image significantly smaller, thereby lessening the extent to how much more the picture would need to be shrunk to qualify for the Fair-Use policy. The logo recently uploaded to the WZID article is only for the HD2 Sub-Channel. The logo for the analog/HD1 station also needs to be kept in the article. I fear that the logo for WZID's main, primary analog channel might be on the verge of being deleted and I just want to clarify right now that the logo I have provided is only for the HD2 sub-channel. Maybe, the recently-uploaded logo for WZID's HD2 sub-channel ought to appear below the logo for the analog/HD1 channel for WZID.

I'm requesting that the Former Logo for WYKR-FM be retained within the article somewhere, listed within a dialog box as being a "Previous Logo" and listing the years as to which that was the logo for WYKR-FM. Whether this request is accepted or declined, that doesn't matter as much to me as, say, my curiosity of whether or not this is a reasonable request to make. I've spotted, from time to time, various "Previous Logo" listings of Radio Station Logos on Wikipedia pages. "It never hurts to ask" is my mindset right now, as I make this request for the retention of the Former Logo for WYKR-FM, listing it as the "Previous Logo" for WYKR-FM.

WXXS itself should have it's own website sometime this spring. For the time being, the WXXS website is currently still being designed and assembled.
WMOU has its own separate logo—which isn't yet available online—thereby meaning that the WXXS logo should not be included in the WMOU article.

I'd like to request for an upload of the Logo for WOTX. (348px × 192px), 79.56 KB - PNG Image
The source website where this logo was obtained from is associated with the parent company of this radio station (Radio New England Broadcasting, LLC); at this juncture in time, the individual station websites are still being constructed and/or planned/mapped out. WOTX itself should have it's own website sometime this summer or fall and might possibly be available for online listening sometime this spring. For the time being, the WOTX website is currently still being planned and mapped and the Listen Live link is still being set up.

The New Transparent PNG Logo Image could benefit from a crop-editing procedure, to remove all the excess blank space within the PNG file, for only a small portion of the PNG image (mostly in the left-most fringes of it) contains the actual logo.
This logo image could benefit from a crop-editing procedure, for there is some excess space along the top of the file where it's just plain and white with no information. The logo itself is along the bottom of this GIF Image.
This logo for WKNE's HD2 Sub-Channel was obtained from the Facebook Page for WKNE's HD2 Sub-Channel.
This is the logo for WKNE-HD2 and should not replace the logo currently listed for the primary analog signal's logo. I'm requesting for this logo to be added to the WKNE article but for it to not replace the the logo that already exists in the WKNE article, as it is the logo for this station's HD2 Sub-Channel. 98.229.132.126 (talk) 05:42, 28 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
This logo image could benefit greatly from a crop-editing procedure, for this is a webpage header image and it contains lots of stuff to the left (and, especially, to the right) of the logo that is not needed. The logo itself is on the far left-hand side of this JPEG Image and a center-crop job directly over the logo so that only the logo gets uploaded (and the rest of the image gets removed) might be highly-beneficial for this logo image file.
This is the logo for WKNE-HD3 and should not replace the logo currently listed for the primary analog signal's logo. I'm requesting for this logo to be added to the WKNE article but for it to not replace the the logo that already exists in the WKNE article, as it is the logo for this station's HD3 Sub-Channel. 98.229.132.126 (talk) 06:10, 28 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
This logo image could benefit greatly from a crop-editing procedure, for the logo itself is centered directly in the middle of a square-shaped JPEG Image surrounded by excessive excess space without any information. The logo itself is in the direct of this JPEG Image. A crop-editing procedure would drastically decrease the size of this image, thereby significantly-decreasing the need to shrink it down in size during the uploading process. 98.229.132.126 (talk) 06:10, 28 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Comment: As this is a non-free file, could you please complete the "non-free use rationale" below? See Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline for instructions. If a rationale isn't provided within seven days, the request will be declined. Thank you.
License: Use of this image can be considered Fair Use because: it is the official Seal of the institution which is the subject of the article in which this image is to appear, and is therefore useful for purposes of identifying that institution; and there is no free alternative to the logo.
I've got some suspicion that this logo might be considered as public domain but, to me, it looks like it might be; although, I'm not an expert on this matter. I'm sorta rooting for this logo to be considered as public domain because, well, look at how big and giant it is! My oh my, how pretty it would look in the WWSL article, for sure! - (i.e. "This image or logo only consists of typefaces, individual words, slogans, or simple geometric shapes. These are not eligible for copyright alone because they are not original enough, and thus the logo is considered to be in the public domain. See Wikipedia:Public domain § Fonts or Wikipedia:Restricted materials for more information.")
If this logo isn't, in fact, public domain, then please upload it at the largest resolution that you'd possibly be allowed to upload it at.
This logo could benefit greatly from a crop-editing procedure, for the logo is centered within the middle of a square-shaped Non-Transparent JPEG Image, surrounded by plain, white space.
This logo is a transparent PNG Image file with exceptionally-transparent background.
This logo is already uploaded; however, I'm requesting that it be made available at the original-resolution. This request can be either accepted or denied. I just felt that it "Never hurts to ask," so the old saying goes.
This logo image occupies the bottom of the JPEG Image, thereby meaning that a crop-editing procedure would be completely necessary for the use of this file, as well as some white-out of the words, "Community Groups" written in blue in the area above the center of the top of the logo.

Requesting Upload Of A Station Logo Image That's Featured In A Shockwave Animation File In The Most Recent Version Of The Now-Inactive KJNO Website For KJNO[edit]
This upload request has been accepted. Please do not modify it.
This request for upload has been reviewed. The reviewer comments appear below the submission text.
The logo image occupies the top of the Shockwave Animation File, thereby meaning that a crop-editing procedure would be completely necessary for the use of this file, as well as some Shockwave Animation File editing software that could save the selected portion of the file (containing the KJNO station logo) could be saved as a PNG Image file during the uploading process.
The WHAI logo seems to be loosely-based upon the popular 1990's Television show, Seinfeld; I feel this is so because WHAI is one of the smallest-market radio stations owned by Saga and they're a little behind their times and end up airing more 90's and very early 2000's songs than many of their sister stations in differing markets.
File upload request declined. File is certainly not in the public domain and the png version of the image is already very near to the largest resolution. ArmbrustTheHomunculus 09:06, 30 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Portion Used: The entire logo is used to convey the meaning intended and avoid tarnishing or misrepresenting the intended image.
Low Resolution? The logo is of a size and resolution sufficient to maintain the quality intended by the company or organization, without being unnecessarily high resolution.
Purpose of use: Choose "Use=" Infobox / Org / Brand / Product / Public facility / Other
Replaceable? Because it is a logo there is almost certainly no free equivalent. Any substitute that is not a derivative work would fail to convey the meaning intended, would tarnish or misrepresent its image, or would fail its purpose of identification or commentary.

File uploaded. You can find it at File:WMYF logo.jpg. Thank you for your contribution to Wikipedia! This is, however, only the logo of WMYF, as the logo doesn't mention the frequency 930. ArmbrustTheHomunculus 10:47, 31 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

File upload request declined. It looks to me, that this is just the logo of WMYF. (Also better version would only apply if they were the same, but they are not.) ArmbrustTheHomunculus 10:55, 31 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Requesting The Upload Of A Higher-Resolution, White-Background Version Of The Former Logo For WSKX[edit]
This upload request has been accepted. Please do not modify it.
This request for upload has been reviewed. The reviewer comments appear below the submission text.
I'm submitting this upload request, mainly because I notice that the former logo image that's currently uploaded to this article, although a Transparent PNG Image, contains background and is of a lower-resolution than the image I'm requesting the upload for.
Please, let me know which logo you chose and why. I'm intrigued by this, because I simply don't know which logo would serve this article best.

Requesting The Upload Of The Logo For WABK-FM[edit]

I'd like to request the upload of the logo for WABK-FM. (800px × 344px), 86.82 KB - JPEG Image
This logo needs to be crop-edited out of the image, for the logo itself is centered in the middle of the JPEG Image file, surrounded by non-transparent white space and a message informing that full-version of the WABK website is coming soon.
This logo needs to be crop-edited out of the image, for the logo itself occupies the far left-hand side of the JPEG Image file, everything to the right of the logo simply being portraits of various Talk Radio hosts that are featured on WVOM.
I was able to hunt down an even higher-quality logo image for WVOM (found in a Website Coming Soon version of the WVOM from September 2008; however, it's now long-outdated and fails to mention the new 101.3 FM frequency which was, at the time when that older logo was being used as the WVOM logo, WKCG-FM "Star 101.3" FM.
Hello, and thank you for your request. Please provide a link to a page proving the file's license. We need this to be able to upload the file. Generally, the webpage the file is on will have the license information on it. If an appropriate license link is not received within seven days, the request will be declined. Regards.
