If you want to raise concerns about the Times having an issue with a specific subject area, you can start a discussion over at Wikipedia:Reliable sources/Noticeboard; discussions there lead to the perennial sources list being updated. You could also start a discussion at a project page to see if editors who focus on this subject area have any thoughts before (or instead of) going to the noticeboard (Wikipedia talk:WikiProject LGBT studies or Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Biography might be a good fit). If there are other issues on the article about you, just put this Template:Edit COI above your edit request. You can also flag your conflict of interest on your user page.
