As a researcher in the field, I find this a very useful -- and notable -- topic. Please keep this up (without deletion) so that more in the community can add/contribute and make it a more comprehensive reference.

This reads to me to be a complete advert for the company Climate Earth and its services for life cycle analysis, as opposed to presenting a new way for corporate emissions measurement All the topics it discusses are covered in other articles on lifecycle analysis. While this may be an ad for another firm, as a provider of an Enterprise Carbon Accounting Solution for JD Edwards & E-Business (Companies using Oracle software) I found this useful to try and understand what sort of terms are used to describe this sort of solution in other countries around the world. There are very few software solutions available to corporations large or small to capture their environmental data in a way that conforms to the principles of the GHG Protocol and as such articles like this that help business assess the different options available to them are still useful & relevant. Most corporations (including very large global organisations) still rely on spreadsheets for their Environmental Reporting & management - meaning data is incomplete and inaccurate - even though they have Enterprise resource planning in place - they are simply not aware that solutions to spreadsheets exist.--Sach w (talk) 02:29, 4 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This article should be deleted - it is just a ad for climate earth. There are many terms on the market like corporate carbon footprints, business carbon footprint, enterprise carbon footprint or enterprise carbon accounting. climate earth tries to established their marketing term "enterprise carbon accounting" via wikipedia. removing POV tag with no active discussion per Template:POV[edit]

I've removed an old neutrality tag from this page that appears to have no active discussion per the instructions at Template:POV:
